La Duquesa is a well renowned course on the coast for its challenging tee shots and its sensational views; it's a Sir Robert Trent Jones design which means it will have every aspect of difficulty for golfers of all levels.
Although La Duquesa is slightly hilly that comes in handy when you step onto its signature hole the "17th", you get an extremely good par 3 with views to boot of the whole coast and sea, the course is a story of two nine's as the first nine is quite tight and hilly, with the back nine being some what more pleasurable but by no means easy. This is a course that brings the best out of your game.
Course management is a must if you're going to get round the par 72 with a respectable score but beware as there are many hazards that are just waiting to take that good score away from you; the course is 6668yards/6062metres challenge from the white blocks and 5577metres/6135yards from the yellows.
Well worth a visit, buggy's and trolleys are available for hire.
