Its 18-hole, 5.714 meter, par-71 course, designed by the prestigious couse architect Antonio Garcia Garrido is characterised by its carefully conserved landscaping, with a large variety of trees and beautiful views of the Mediterranean.

The greens are generously sized whilst its fairways are somewhat narrower on the front nine, where more precision playing is required than on the back nine. The bunkers are white marmolina sand. The fairways are sown with Bermuda, except on certain holes where grass has been used, whilst the greens and tees have been sown with Pencross.
In order to play at Flamingos Golf Club it is requisite to hold a current Federation licence. The handicap limit is 26 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies and a handicap certificate must be provided to the Caddie Master. Minors under 14 years of age must be accompained by an adult, even when they hold the required handicap.
Dress Code, Gentleman: shirt with collar, trousers with waistband, and golf shoes. Ladies: shirt with collar (with or without sleeves), trousers with waistband, and golf shoes.
